Formerly of The Devonshire Arms Hotel in North Yorkshire, Chef Michael Wignall’s natural flair in the kitchen, expertise and passion for food led to The Latymer being recognised as the “Best Restaurant Newcomer of the Year” in the Good Food Guide 2009.

Describing his cooking as “complex, carefully crafted and very technical but not intimidating’, Michael Wignall’s cooking style has familiar, classic themes, with all flavours staying true to themselves. You can expect to find exceptional dishes such as pan fried John Dory Fillets with braised shin of veal and buttered gem lettuce and cannon of salt marsh lamb with anchovy beignets, slow cooked pork belly, baby onions and tomato vinaigrette. With a stylish and seductive look throughout, The Latymer offers a first class dining experience.

Lunch:
Served from 12:30 to 14:00, Tuesday to Friday.

Dinner:
Served from 19:00 to 21:15 Tuesday to Thursday, and 19:00 to 21:30 on Friday and Saturday.

On Bank Holiday Weekends, The Latymer is open on Sunday evenings and closed on the following Tuesday evening.

A small number of restaurants request credit card details to confirm bookings. Credit card information entered at booking time will only be passed to the restaurant if the booking party does not turn up and no cancellation has been made.
