Located within the beautiful surroundings of Pennyhill Park Hotel, The Ascot Bar is a haven of tranquillity. From timeless country mansion by day to elegant cocktail lounge by night, the staff are sure you will find something suited to every occasion.
With its relaxed and sociable atmosphere, it is the ideal place to meet for pre/post dinner drinks or to enjoy light meals or a fabulous Afternoon Tea treat.
A varied menu offers a selection of soups, salads, sandwiches and light meals and, following in the footsteps of Anna, Seventh Duchess of Bedford credited for introducing the Afternoon Tea to England, The Ascot Bar serves savouries, scones and pastries in The Ascot Bar from 13:00 to 17:00.
From 17:00, The Ascot Bar transforms into an intimate yet lively bar. To keep you gently yet unobtrusively entertained, the bar’s pianist will play on Friday evenings from 19:00 to midnight and also during Afternoon Tea on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Additionally, the saxophonist or guitarist will play from 19:00 to midnight, Saturday and Sunday evenings. |
